At TutorBright, we recognize how important high school academics are to a student’s future. At this point in your teenager’s education, it is imperative that he/she has a good understanding of essential reading and comprehension skills, and an exceptional command over the English language so that he/she can apply these skills to his/her post-secondary goals. This is why we have designed a Reading Comprehension program that not only addresses these areas but also teaches higher-level critical thinking skills.

We start by assessing your teen in order to determine his/her proficiency in all reading-comprehension related skills. This assessment helps us to determine exactly what skills he/she is having difficulty with and specifically when the problem started. We then use these results to build a program individually tailored to your teen’s needs.

Each section of the program incorporates a variety of high school level resources, which not only increase your child’s reading abilities, but also teaches him/her to think critically, form opinions, and draw conclusions.

High School Math

We know that exceptional math skills are very important for the future success of your teenager. This is why we have developed an advanced math program that builds the skills that high school students struggle with the most, and makes them easy for your child to understand. The topics covered include:

• Calculus
• Problem Solving
